My Mission
In the wild, whales birth within their pod. Wolves labor under the protection of their pack. Elephants are guarded by their herd. Support during birth is not a luxury — it is biological.
Humans are no different.
The Birth Pod exists to honor that instinct and restore the natural rhythm of women supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Birth is ancient, powerful, vulnerable, and transformative. It deserves calm presence, steady hands, and the protective circle of other women.
My mission is to create a culturally inclusive and sensitive circle of care around every mother I serve — recognizing how birth changes her, providing steady presence, advocacy, protection, and nourishment; while also acknowledging the transformation that partners experience and helping to equip them with confidence, understanding, and meaningful ways to participate.
I strive to help everyone feel supported, informed, and empowered along the way.
Women are meant to stand beside women.
Families are meant to grow stronger together.
When support surrounds the entire family, birth becomes safer.
Stonger.
Sacred again.
"Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers - strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.”
