My name is Angelika, and I am a certified Holistic Doula and Lactation Counselor serving families in El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM.

I was inspired to pursue this journey because the birth of my first child, my daughter, was a traumatic experience that left a strong impact on our new little family, and it set the tone for my postpartum experience - especially as a first-time mom. However, the birth of my son almost two years later showed me a completely different path. 

His birth was not just his arrival into this world; it was a deeply interpersonal self-birth for me - an immediate healing, awakening, and becoming.

It was the most empowering, vulnerable, humbling rite of my womanhood that I would gladly do again and again and again.

 

So here I am - ready to spread the good word to other women, couples, and families that you too can embrace your inner knowing, give your power its place, and experience the self-awakening that comes when you meet your baby.

Every mother, child, and family deserve that space.

My role is to empower mothers through birth planning and education, continuous labor support, postpartum care, and compassionate lactation guidance — while also ensuring partners feel informed, involved, and confident in the part they play. Pregnancy and birth transform the entire family, and everyone deserves to feel cared for through that change.

It is a sacred privilege to witness a woman step into motherhood — or welcome another little one into her family — and to support the partner who walks beside her. I hold that honor with deep gratitude.
