Birth preparation is about more than gathering information—it's about feeling informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth and beyond. I offer a Guided Conversation Series consisting of 4 sessions to help informalize and bring warmth back to birth planning.
Through guided conversation and evidence-based education, we'll explore:

My role is not to tell you what decisions to make, but to provide information and guidance as you discover what feels right for you and your family.
While birth is not something we can perfectly predict or control, my focus is on honoring your vision for pregnancy and birth and supporting you in meeting the experience with confidence, flexibility, and self-trust.
