A nurturing traditional Mexican bodywork practice that gently supports the pregnant body through intentional touch, massage, and repositioning. Belly sobada can help ease everyday discomfort, encourage relaxation and connection with your growing baby, and support the body as it adapts and prepares for birth. It is a beautiful practice of tending to the mother and honoring the sacred work her body is doing.

Yoni Steaming

A gentle herbal ritual rooted in traditional women’s wellness practices, offering a moment of warmth, stillness, and intentional connection with the body. Yoni steaming invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for rest and reflection. It can be offered as a stand-alone ritual or woven into postpartum care and ceremonial practices.

Herbal Bath
A warm, restorative practice rooted in traditional postpartum care, using thoughtfully chosen herbs to create a nourishing and grounding experience for the body. An herbal bath offers a moment to soften, rest, and reconnect with yourself during the tender transition into motherhood. To be bathed is to be tended to in one of the most intimate and nurturing ways—a sacred act of receiving care, softness, and nourishment that every woman deserves.

Rebozo Massage

More than bodywork, rebozo massage is an opportunity to slow down, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
